Small item are sent via registered parcel post, signature is required upon delivery.

Our shopping cart and delivery system is set to accomodate buyers in Australian territories only. Overseas purchasers should contact SPORTMACHINES with their requirements. We will then research the most appropriate way to ship the goods.

Our SHOPPING CART is set to evaluate cost as per AUSTRALIA POST's schedule. Oversized and heavy items are shipped by courier service. Our selected carrier has a proven record for quality service together with very competitive rates. (see table below)

Q: What are your return policies?

Although all our products are inspected for quality and operation prior to shipping, should the need arise you may:

Return your purchase in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt.

• Faulty goods will be exchanged, credited or refunded.
  

• Should you simply change your mind about your purchase, only the listed price of the item will be refunded or credited.
